Hi, I’m Makenzie a Vancouver based hairstylist specializing in customized color and precision cutting. With over eight years of industry experience, I’m passionate about refining my craft and staying current with evolving trends and techniques. I specialize in lived-in color and effortless texture creating low maintenance, wash and wear hair that grows out seamlessly! My approach is always personalized. I consider your face shape, eye color, lifestyle, and personality to create a look that feels authentically you. Education is a huge part of my work. I love guiding clients through product knowledge, realistic hair goals, and maintaining overall hair health between appointments. At Monarch Studio, the experience matters just as much as the result. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do!💗 Outside the salon, you’ll find me spending time with my boyfriend and our dogs, collecting rocks and crystals, diving into arts and crafts projects, or obsessing over my fish tanks:)
